The Grand Junction Business Incubator Center will have various food trucks each Thursday from 4:00 p.m.- dusk at the SHIFT lot on the corner of 7th and Main Street.
The SHIFT lot: food. art. social is a joint project between the Grand Junction Business Incubator Center, Grand Junction Creates and Downtown Grand Junction.
