Learn how to build a simple robot by signing up for a three-session Maker Camp in June and July at Mesa County Libraries.
In this hands-on camp for teens only, learn about microcontrollers, programming, 3D design, and 3D printing. Professional engineers and programmers will teach students how to design, build, and program a simple robot that will accomplish a clearly defined task and will be controlled through an Android phone or tablet.
This three-session Maker Camp happens from 1-4 p.m. on Mondays, June 30, July 7, and July 21 at the Central Library, Fifth Street and Grand Avenue in Grand Junction.
Registration is required. Interested teens may register by calling 970-243-4442 or online by visiting the Event Calendar at mesacountylibraries.org. There is no charge to participate.
