WestCo, the Grand Valley’s newest craft brewery, has recently opened in Grand Junction. Nestled near the Colorado River, in the Las Colonias district – WestCo crafts new and exciting beers onsite and offers a food menu that combines Asian and Southwestern cuisine. WestCo sits alongside the River Front Trail allowing for easy access to one of the longest bike paths in the Valley.
